Mowing: Weekly mowings done late April or early May thru the 3rd or 4th week of October.  Includes trimming where needed and blowing off sidewalk(s) and driveway.  Mulching mowers are used unless leaf pickup is needed. 

Spring Cleanup: Includes cleanup of leaves, branches, and debris from lawn and landscaped areas. Yard waste may be disposed on-site or hauled off to a leaf recycle center if you prefer.                  

Fall Cleanup: Includes cleanup of leaves, branches, and debris from lawn and landscaped areas. Yard waste may be disposed on-site or hauled off to a leaf recycle center if you prefer.  

Fertilization: The following  4-step fertilizer application program to be applied during the growing season:
    Application  1 - applied late March to April includes pre-emergent crabgrass preventer.
    Application  2 - applied late May to June includes broadleaf weed killers.
    Application  3 - applied late July to August includes broadleaf weed killers and
                           insecticides if needed.
    Application  4 - applied September to October to enhance grass root growth.

All of the above applications include a Phosphorus free fertilizer. Broadleaf weed killers may be applied in between fertilizer applications for better control at no extra charge.                 

Bush Trimming: Ornamental bushes will be trimmed and shaped. Debris will be hauled away.

Mulch Replacement: You can choose from a variety of Mulch Materials (Hardwood, Procsesed pine and  dyed Mulch) and from a variety of Dyed Mulch Materials (Chocolate, red, gold or black).

Sprinkler System Startup: Includes checking timer, lines, and heads for proper operation to achieve best coverage and conserve water.

Sprinkler System Winterization: Includes blowing out or draining system for winter.

Lawn Edging:  Overgrown grass will be trimmed back off of sidewalks and driveways.
